Ballet, Tap, and Jazz for Kindergarten-1st Grade

Ballet

Kinder ballet is a great place to introduce your student to the wonder of Ballet! Kinder Ballet class work is developmentally appropriate and done in the center in order to help establish a sense of balance and a solid technical foundation. This foundation includes proper posture, core stability, stretched and lengthened knees and feet, and a natural use of turnout. Creativity, musicality, discipline, and fun in movement are also emphasized. The Class is broken down into warm-up, center work, across the floor, and creative dance sections.

Jazz

Kinder Jazz classes are upbeat and fun. They consist of a warm-up, center work, across the floor, and a final dance section. Students will focus on developing age-appropriate gross motor skills, musicality, strength, and discipline while having fun.

Tap

Kinder Tap is a great class for students to develop a love for music and rhythm. This class will help your student develop rhythm, coordination, and balance while working on basic tap technique and terminology.

Acro

The curriculum is designed to improve fine and gross motor skills while developing strength, flexibility, and stamina for the next level. Skills include backbends, handstands, cartwheels, and more.

Singing/Acting
